We spent 55 dollars on a ice cream cake that was labeled white cake, strawberry ice which was exactly what my son wanted for his 16th birthday. Instead we got white cake with vanilla ice cream. The absolute worst cake I have ever had. Do not purchase a pre-made ice cream cake from this place.

I accidentally pronounced one of the ice cream names wrong and the employee helping me laughed at me and mocked me and then proceeded to keep repeating my mispronunciation over and over again. My order has also been done incorrectly multiple times, and I don’t think that should happen with how simple my order is. For example I ask for cookie dough and they give me gummy bears instead, ik I can simply pick the gummy bears out but I feel as if these mistakes shouldn’t happen as often as they do as cookie dough is completely different from gummy bears. Overall, if you’re looking for an ice cream place you can go here, but don’t be surprised if the experience isn’t a good one but rather one with many flaws

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
