  How did they even let these get out the door? Both of the sandwiches we ordered were absolutely charred. They weren’t just a little overdone. It was completely inedible.

  The crew was amazing! Hands down the best location to come to! We picked up a bakers dozen for our family and it was quick and great service

  This Einstein's bagels can never get their things right. There have at least been two times where we have gotten the workers hair in a sandwich and pizza bagel, specifically purple hair 🤢. I'm surprised that they don't wear any type of hair nets. As well as, whenever I've done an online order for just bagels they are always missing one or two bagels or putting the wrong bagels. Time and time again, I continue to see if they've changed but they haven't. Management needs to do more trainings on food safety.

  First of all, the tipping has gotten out of hand for most of these types of shops. I ordered two sesame bagels and was given everything bagels. Please teach or train the staff to know the difference. The bagels were returned in their own bags. So when I looked inside the larger bag, all I saw was smaller bags. This is why I've stopped tipping at these places. The place was clean, the staff was friendly, I just didn't get what I ordered and at $2.50 a bagel, I should have.
