As I was leaving, another worker overheard and apologized saying they definitely could. She was nice, but that first kid was so rude, I left anyway and will not be back.

I tried calling the actual store to talk to a human and was on the phone for over 20 minutes with a robot and they would not connect me to a human. This is the worst customer service I have ever received, especially when I’m calling to complain about my food having bugs in the rice and can’t even talk to a manager or anyone !!! NEVER order delivery from this place or even IN STORE!!! if they can’t even answer their phone to talk to their customers that’s pretty sad, this place is a joke and their phone system and customer service is the most unreal thing I have ever experienced in my life. I will never eat here again and I will be telling everyone I know about what happened and how I could not talk to a human this will be going on Facebook and every other social media I know!!!!

My wife proceeded down the line making her order while I waited to be helped. There were 4-5 other people working, restocking, talking, staying busy, etc. not one employee acknowledged me as I stood and waited to be served. When the employee was finishing up my wife’s order I walked down towards the register and we paid for the tacos. I was planning to order, but after waiting for so long with no acknowledgment I decided I did not want to spend my money at this establishment. A couple people were eating in at tables and no one else was on line behind us. It was a pretty terrible experience. Probably will never go to this location again. Food was good.
