  I’ve tried utilizing the online order option because it’s supposed to be faster, and because it’s the only way to use coupons and rewards, because their scanner never works.. but even putting an online order in advance, you show up and still have to wait. Then I show up an hour before closing last night, and no one is around for 15 mins but I hear cleaning happening back. I tried getting someone’s attention and about 20 mins in, a kid comes out and says he can’t toast anything because he already cleaned the toaster and shut it down. I asked why it was shut down an hour before closing, and he smartly replied “what time is it?” I tried to convey I walked in 20 mins ago, and would prefer a hot sandwich. He said there was no way. This local subway is the worst.

  I hadn't eaten Subway in quite a while and since I was out on a quick trip, it seemed the logical place to try. Unfortunately, I broke my Subway fast at the wrong Subway store. While it didn't get me sick, it was warmer then it should have been, and it just lacked that taste it should have had. Definitely could have been done immensely better. The gentleman was very nice, I don't want to exclude that information, but when you're there for food, niceness only goes so far.

  This is my worst experience with this subway store! I had ordered my food online and when I reach over there , no one was in the store and I didn’t receive my food and my money is also deducted from my account. I call 4 5 times to this store and after 2 days the manager said that you can come anytime and we can make for you again but when I reached there today they said I can’t make it and I can’t give refund! Such a bad manager with zero experience with handling the customer

  Ordered doordash here one time, they don't have the soft drinks on the menu but just let your dasher know what drink you want after picking milk. They didn't heat my sub or cut it, strictly breakfast orders for the am but other enterprises got breakfast subs midday
