    Asked for hot, fresh tots. They were cold and had been sitting for awhile. Charged me extra for a couple slices of pickle, they were the best thing about the burger. Asked for ketchup and fry sauce, snotty girl informed us you have to ask. Who doesn't eat ketchup on fries and tots. Then she said they charge for it. Four dollar order of tots and I have to pay extra for ketchup. WON'T BE BACK!

    I use the app and use one of their deals to get half off drinks. The people working very happy about it. So they didn't bring my drinks out and closed out my receipt. When I was waiting for them to bring them out. Very, very unprofessional. Then when I finally got them to bring the drinks out the sides of the cups were all sticky and had the drinks inside of them all over the outside of the cups , I suggest , if you come here , don't use the app and don't use discounts or else they'll treat you horribly and won't even try to give you your food
