She looked around for a few minutes, and got audibly frustrated. So I gave her the order number and she found it. She then dropped it on the counter said "it was under this name by the way" and walked away without another word. It was my wifes name which i had given her. She was so concerned with giving me attitude she didn't even check the order to realize my wife had also ordered a pint of ice cream, that I had to return for later. Train your people how to act with customers. It's basic courtesy.

We arrived around 9pm and it took 10 minutes for someone to take our order at the drive thru, mind you there was no one else in line. We ordered two doubles one cotton candy in a cone and one with Oreo and mint chocolate chip in a cup. We pull around to another car in front of us. It then takes another 10 minutes of waiting for them to come take our payment. During this waiting the cotton candy cone was sitting by the window melting. We got our second item and left to go home to eat it. They gave us the wrong ice cream in the bowl. They gave cookie dough and mint chocolate chip. This was also melted so who knows how long it had been sitting as well. The employees seemed annoyed at our order and did not provide good customer service.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
