  This place has really gone downhill. All of the staff and cashiers are extremely unfriendly. They all look extremely unhappy. Frowns on their faces. They look absolutely miserable to be there. They only talk to you if they have to. Nobody's ever at the service counter. Took an easy 10 minutes before somebody came. A male employee with a pony tail was extremely condescending and rude when I went to cash a payroll check. Laughed at me and told me there's no way he would take my check because I signed it before he got there. Excuse me what !? Why would I not sign my check when I've already waited over 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. Vegetables look extremely sad and old in the produce. In the bathroom someone had painted over the FRP white plastic walls, stall walls and hardware and every inch of the bathroom in an ugly brown color. He looks horrible like somebody with no knowledge of painting bought paint on clearance and proceeded to paint every inch of the bathroom. I don't see this place hanging on for long.

  February 10th, 2026. Called the meat department because I wanted to check and see if they sold rib roasts, so I could plan my wife a nice Valentine’s Day dinner. Took a little longer than expected to get connected with the meat department, but that’s not a problem. The problem was between the communication over the phone about the cut of meat that I was going to have them cut for me. The lady in the meat department informed me of their choices and we agreed upon a selection of meat with the bones tied to it. Now, I did ask a few questions over the phone because I was trying my best to make sure it’d be a good selection. That’s all I was doing. Anyways, got to Albertsons, did some shopping, and made my way over to the meat counter. I could hear employees in the back, and the same girl who helped me over the phone proceeded to talk smack about our conversation to another employee. She even accused me of talking down to her because she’s a “female”, and acted like I was man-explaining to her about the cut of beef I wanted. This is extremely unprofessional and I simply just walked away, put all my groceries back and left the store. I will not be a returning customer, while knowing that this is how they speak about their customers behind closed doors. I am not a “Karen” and don’t typically write bad reviews, but when you’re trying to do something special for your loved ones, and then verbally hear an employee talking crap about you and your order.. yeah no thank you.

  The lines were extremely long!!! One checker, no baggers. The self check lines were just as long and I was buying groceries for a two week trip. It was Tuesday at 2:00 in the afternoon, not rush hour. Skip this store and buy your groceries at a store that cares about customers and good service. When I kindly voiced my concern to the store manager, she got defensive and dismissive.
