They handled a tough situation with patience and professionalism while a large, inconsiderate group slowed everything down—ordering at the register and then taking their time deciding what they wanted, holding up a massive line. You could tell the staff was feeling the pressure, but they stayed kind the whole time. Honestly, I wish there were a way to review customers, too—just a gentle reminder that other people exist and being prepared when you order goes a long way.

They didn’t include the steak. So I had to drive back. When I presented the reception and food, they looked at me quizzically and questioned me, rather disappointing response. I had to ask them to remake the order correctly. The staff were otherwise friendly and they were trying, but clearly don’t have the experience or proper training to handle incorrect orders. I care more about how an error is handled than the fact that the order was wrong.
