  This place seems nice but they’re being run by straight up gas lighters. Respectfully they were really busy and we walked in. We got on the waitlist, willing to the 60-90 minute wait. Excitedly waited, wanting to play and order off their menu. 90 minute later, we confront the front desk they told us we had still another 45 minutes to go. So we choose to go eat else where and come back later. We leave for 35 minutes and we returned, asked the front desk again and they said. “Oh you have another 1”, we confront them and they told us that we agreed to wait two hours. Even if that was true in total we waited two hours and five minutes. We then canceled to have our name on the list and left. Listen i understand you will be busy but don’t waste peoples time and risk the integrity of the establishment. Be honest and tell people it’s gonna fricken be a three hour wait! In short, just book ahead of time because you can’t depend on top golf to be honest or reliable. But you know what you can depend on them to take your money because that is the only focus Top golf has. Some other establishment care about their customers but this place only cares about what you have in your wallet! Also they don’t treat they’re waiters/ waitresses fairly. ;) have fun playing but make a shot for good old Karen. Since I didn’t get to play. ⛳️

  NEW EDIT: Customer support now claims my funds are gone even though this gift card was never used. They can’t tell me what it might’ve been used on but the timelines of when it was depleted doesn’t add up with former times of visiting TopGolf in the past. At this point, I’ve spent over an hour now talking with them and I’m tired of hearing the same things so I’ll just eat the -$50. Moral of the story is just pay normally and don’t buy gift cards. I appreciated the Vineyard location staff and their attempts to help so I’ll leave the 3 star rating instead of dropping it further. Unfortunately I don’t want to raise it up due to the lack of help from TopGolf customer support. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I love TopGolf. The food is always great, the vibes are perfect to chill with friends, and the service is always fantastic. This was my first time at this specific location and it’s slightly different than the one in Sandy. That being said, I came in with 2 gift cards that I had purchased and they “could not accept” the one with the majority of the funds on it due to a “system error”. I understand that may not be a location manager’s fault, but what’s the point of me having gift cards and giving topgolf, as a company, my money if they won’t accept it later in gift card form? Anyways, now I have to call customer service to get a new gift card even though I was able to pull up on their own website that my gift card had active funds on it. My first attempt with customer service either didn’t understand my issue or was just giving me the runaround, just wasting my time. This review’s stars will drop lower or come back up depending on my next call with them.
