  I would like to file a complaint regarding an employee identified as Mrs. Ale Marés at your Vineyard location. I ordered three ice creams at the drive-thru and only received one. When I tried to clarify the order, Mrs. Marés responded rudely, closed the window, and refused to resolve the situation. I went inside to speak with her respectfully, but she refused to come out for over 15 minutes. When she finally did, she would not allow me to speak and denied my request for a refund. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it. She then crumpled my receipts and threw them toward my face, stating she would not issue a refund. This incident was captured on the restaurant’s security cameras, where she threw the crumpled receipt at my face in front of employees and customers. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I am requesting a full refund and a review of this incident. Sincerely Maria Saavedra

  My oh my am I frustrated. Me and my friend we going to get a sweet treat. We wanted something to satisfy our sweet tooth and we have been frothing at the mouth for some Dairy Queen valentines cupcake. What we saw online was a freshly made cupcake ice cream concoction of pure bliss but instead. WE GOT A FROZEN CHUD VERSION OF IT. WE COULDNT EVEN DIG OUR PLASTIC SPOONS INTO THE ICE CREAM BECAUSE IT WAS FROOOZEN. BRUH. WHAT THE SIGMA WE SPENT 4.28 BUCKS ON THIS AND WE CANT EVEN DIG IN. AND ON TOP OF THAT THE FROSTING TASTED LIKE CHEMICALS. ONE OF THE WORST THINGS IVE PUT IN MY MOUTH THIS YEAR. I wanted something fresh and delicious and I got something made 4 hours ago and stuffed in the back of the freezer. What a shame. Do better

  They focus on DoorDash and Drive Thru lines and left a huge line waiting inside without taking our orders

  I hate showing up to restaurants when they are about to close... One, because the quality of food is usually lower, but also just out of common decency! I remember what it was like working when I was younger and would despise it when someone came in just before close lol. On this particular night though, I made an exception; I had just gotten back from driving all the way from Vegas, and live just over the bridge so I figured why not? Let me tell you everyone at this location was so kind, especially the cashier named Sophia ( I think that was her name lol) !!! The food came out steaming hot too! Cant reccomend this place enough!
