  I went to this location for dinner. There was noone in the restaurant and 2 different employees walked by me for 5 minutes and never helped me. Didn't say a word. Didn't look at me. Until I finally walked out. Went to my car . A man walked in and thry helped him immediately. I felt completely ignored. I was waiting patiently and respectfully as I didnt know if thry were preparing other orders. But Noone was in there. This was at 9:10pm Thursday February 26th. I will not ever step foot in another Chipotle again.

  Ordered pickup and showed up early and my burrito was already made (awesome). It was cold and didn't have the guac I ordered. I took a drink of the mandrin agua fresca and it was fermented.

  Online pickup order. I’ll let you do the math on this one. What a joke. Chipotle has gone from a fine American establishment that is quite possibly the highlight of my weekly tropes to the vineyard strip mall to a symbol of the decay of modern societies as a whole, deferring instead to this (See attached). If we can’t get a quality Chipotle bowl anymore, what meaning have we left to derive from life?😔✊

  Last time I came here, a blonde lady who seemed to be a manager wiped down the counter with her gloves on, threw that food in the trash, had sauce and everything on the gloves, then came over to me and asked me what I wanted. I asked for a burrito, and she grabbed the tortilla, and I was shocked she didn’t change her gloves. So then I asked her if she could change her gloves and she immediately did. But I still ended up eating that same tortilla she grabbed originally. Today I went again, and got my normal order, the burrito. I love putting the vinegarette on it, it’s seriously the thing that makes me crave a chipotle burrito. Well today after the guy made me a burrito, I asked for a vinegarette and he said that “they can’t be giving it out anymore. It’s only for salads”… I was disappointed and asked if I could pay for it, and he said I can’t even do that. If thats a new thing I am not coming here anymore. Not worth a $14 burrito if I can’t have it the way I want it.

  Ordered two burrito bowls through the app and they were both missing half of the ingredients. The bowls were disgusting. There was no flavor. I want a refund! The order was placed at 9pm and they don’t close till 10pm so it wasn’t even close to closing. This is not the first time it’s happened to us at this location.
