  I Love the food, it is very refreshing and worth the price. During my most recent visit, it was during peak hrs and there was not enough staff on hand. I tried the drive through for the first time, an error was made with my order and I only caught the error after I had pulled away and notice the smell of peanut butter, I turned around and parked and went into the café, where the staff very politely fixed my order. This is the first time this has happen, sense I have been patron of the Cafe. They need more staff during peak hours.

  Smoothies delicious, but made with anger. The employee was not having it, she was angry and I know everyone has bad days, but it’s not the customers fault. She even had a tone to her voice and sort of slammed mine and my boyfriends drinks on the table, and when she came out with one she said in a rude tone, “I have to remake the other.” Costumer service is important In establishments like these, but I can say there was nothing tropical about this cafe this morning. I hope it was only one bad day because I would like to get more smoothies here.

  I made a review on yelp but want as many people as possible to be aware of this issue. Earlier today I came in after a work meeting in tooele and a girl named Stephanie took my order. The whole time had a super bratty attitude and even murmured an insult under her breath after a miscommunication. She then proceeds to get on her phone and start texting while her coworkers are trying to work around her. Absolutely 0 professionalism or willingness to work with me. This was my first impression of this location and I will not be back.

  We came to this establishment for the first time on a Friday 10 mins before 3pm. It was a slow afternoon and as we came in front person was preparing and finalizing an order. Once she gave order to the customer we weren't acknowledged waited for over 5 mins and the serving person went to clean 5 blenders while we continue to wait, and wait. Finally our order was taken. We were missing a side in our order, I went up to the person thay helped initially and informed of missing item but was not given as I had to asked again to finally get it. Due to the delay in acknowledging us, standing by counter to place order and waited even though they weren't busy. I doubt I will return. Food serving size small for the price. Side dish 2 bites..I will not be returning.

  Everything was great, however while I was in the store this morning I noticed that one of the young ladies behind the counter had her hair pulled over her shoulders into two ponytails. I’ve noticed this multiple times while I was in the store. Usually I wouldn’t complain about it, but I have worked in food service before and know that with long hair, it should be tied back behind the shoulder so it doesn’t end up in the food, so it seemed a little gross to me. I also noticed this same young lady counting money out of the till, and then immediately going to make something without washing her hands or putting on gloves, which was a little off putting to me as I feel that is very unsanitary. I usually have a great experience here and the workers are so friendly and kind, but seeing that did make a little wary of coming back
