  I went today order two smoothies and a flatbread on my flatbread the chicken pesto they gave me bacon it’s not supposed to have bacon and one of my smoothies wasn’t blended it still had ice chunks as well as chunks of fruit barely drinkable and then I ordered DoorDash a few hours later for the rest of my family and they gave me a smoothie that wasn’t mine I’ve had a few problems when I’ve been to this location at night but in the morning everything seems to be OK

  Im not the type of person to write reviews but in this case, i feel as if it’s necessary. To the girl Alivia, you did amazing. She was taking orders and making smoothies all by herself.. There was atleast 10 orders on the screen that i saw and she still kept her composure and helped me and my family choose something while being the only person up there to do all those orders. I think you guys need to have more people up there helping, having one girl up there is not enough. The only complaint i have is that no one else was helping her, i kept seeing people go up to where she was grab something and go back. Overall was a good experience though.

  Not a very good experience. Ordered a smoothie bowl, and a sandwich online for pick up. When I walked in, all of the staff looked at me, then started walking away, no greeting, no “how can I help you?” so that was pretty irritating already especially for a first experience. I tell them I’m there for a pick up order, they direct me to the cubby shelves they have set up against the window. When I got to my destination the sandwich I ordered was not with my smoothie bowl, and there was no utensils provided. I had to call 5 times before they picked up the phone. I asked for a refund for the sandwich I didn’t get, they say they can’t give me a refund all they can offer is a free item for my next visit. I’m not going back after this experience, new establishment or not, missing an item, having to call 5 times, no way to eat my lunch on my break. Absolutely not. They then told me I could come back in to get a refund, but I’m on a tight schedule, and route, I can’t. So, basically I’m out $25 and can’t even eat the food I bought. They called me back as well, as I was writing this to say that the person at fault for me no getting my sandwich was myself, because they put it in a separate bag, and it was right behind my first bag, even though I could see my car out of the window when I took my bag out of the little cubby space. So, if I could leave less stars I would.

  I have been here a couple times now the food is delicious. I’ve had a couple of their smoothies, the Bahama mama. And I believe in paradise something. They were both perfectly well-made. The food was very filling I’ve been in there during what look to be like a rush. Natashia was the one Who took my order During the time Even with the high stress environment She greeted me with a smile. Very friendly! And the staff look like they All of their job Because they were all what seemed to be happy Even in a fast paced environment Where The line was basically out the door. I definitely will be coming back again

  If I could give this place zero stars I would! Actually to be honest I bet the food tastes good and the other workers were really nice however as the GM of a new opened place you don't need to throw how much money you make around like it matters. If you're going to talk smack about the town that you came to for work then you shouldn't be here. Asking for special requests isn't anything new in the customer service world. You're working a customer service place You should have better customer service than you did Natasha.
