This isn’t towards all employees. The same girl at the drive thru is there everytime, and she is flat out rude. Rushes me through my order. Seems angry I am even there. 0 efforts in customer service. THAT IS HER JOB. I never say anything. In fact this is my first review. I love Taco Bell, but I wish they would do better. They charged us incorrectly. We drove all the way home, and my order was wrong and they forgot multiple things. When I called the manager was kind and sorry and gave us a new order for free. The employee herself needs to do better! I don’t have much information on her, but I’m sure I’m not the only customer getting this experience from her. I also had waited very long for my food. When we came back for our new order she gave us dirty looks through the window. Didn’t speak to us at all, and our food took about 30 minutes. A drive though is supposed to be convenient. NOT TO MENTION MY GRILLED CHEESE BURRITOS WERE TINY WITH BARELY ANY MEAT!
