  I’m only writing this because this has happened too many times with my pickup order. I’ve placed pickup orders and each time I get the notification that my order is ready I come to pick it up and each time someone comes out to tell me they’re having “issues” with their systems or something else is going on. They’ll offer me $10 off my next order but don’t honor it. It’s been really frustrating and usually I go in but this seemed quicker for me to do pick up and lately has been absolutely terrible.

  Asking a question gets an eye roll from their lead CSM (Tiffany)is unacceptable behavior. Customer service is a must for a leader in the dept. it isn’t the first time she has acted this way and somehow she got a promotion how? Disappointing for a smiths sucks I have to go elsewhere now.

  The shorter CSM Brandy is amazing she has amazing customer service and truly cares about every customer she never hesitates to open a register lane when lines get long. She has helped me bag my groceries when I struggle on my own . Most other csms are friendly and helpful except the heavier blonde she is snobby and rude she always takes off with the cigarette keys and personally I am not going to wait 10 to 15 mins when the gas station takes less than 10 seconds I'm not going to let it ruin my experience but If she is working ill walk out and shop when someone else is there or go to different store

  Smiths has been a part of my familys birthdays, baby showers, for every event we ordered from the Bakery to the deli for ages. We were so happy with the turnout on Grand Opening day, everything was so nice and the people were welcoming. Fast forward, not even 4mths later everyone on the floor has a rude demeanor & un sure faces with no purpose of being present. I buy a combo meal at lunch time in the mornings and so far everything is a bad experience. The presentation is not appetizing at all, food is dried out to burn and everything is always dirty, the pans are DISGUSTING looks contaminated.Terrible team who cooks in the morning and it shows on those pans as if the area is neglected, mac n cheese is only stirred when ordered, by that time it just sat there your getting everything dried and hard edges 🤢. However I discovered that after 1 clock the hot food selections is worth the pick up for your family dinner. Thank you to the young lady who works at night Peo for awesome service and promotes other part of the deli to pair with my family meal.
