If somebody is checking out and they have over $100 like your ad says it doesn’t matter if you’re the only cashier if they want to add another turkey because they are spending over $200 cancel the order and do it again so that they can give a turkey to somebody else in need. It’s called doing your damn job and if you can’t do your damn job, don’t work there. The cashier at Luckys told me I’m the only cashier so I can’t cancel it out. Yes, you can. I will not stand for this again and you will be doing your damn jobs and if you’re not going to do your job, I’m gonna speak to your manager, this is just a warning so that everybody else can see how disrespectful some cashiers are. I am the type that would love to give to someone else to the community and if that means the free turkey because I spent a lot of money at your store that’s OK. My recap for all of this is if a customer is asking you to do something just because you’re the only one does not mean that you don’t do it. Ask for help if you can’t do it. It’s called poor customer service and I’m not OK with poor customer service. I used to work in the industry and I was better at the industry than to take this lying down!
