We pulled up to the window and no one (5 different ppl, neither communicated well each other or us) could find our order or identify well what we as the customer should do to resolve the situation. Finally, someone found the order is the register. They told us to hold while they completed the order. The person working the window came back and asked us if we were a different name, not looking well yo realize we were still waiting based on previous conversations with other workers. We aaked of we shouls park to resolve the issueand it started the "what is the issue"conversation again. Went in was handed my food without receipt. Food was cold and the rice was undercooked.
