  This was my 1st time trying Einsteins and not impressed every sandwich i ordered was wrong even though the cashier and i went through it twice. The employees very nice but either they dont communicate with each other or someones not reading the order thoroughly. then they forgot to put the chips in the bag. Not sure ill be back for lunch again.

  Great experience so far, the staff is very friendly and attentive. The bagels are classic Einsteins quality, might be the best from Einsteins I’ve had in a while. It’s been a few weeks since this location opened and it still gets really busy at times. Place an order online and skip the line.

  How can you have a pretzel bagel with 8 flakes of salt... they abandoned the salted bagel years ago and this one was almost burnt. I asked for toasted with cream cheese and it was just a cold sad bagel. And for $5 each I could have gone to smiths in the same parking lot and got a better bagel. Sorry this time it just was not good. Maybe I'll try again.

  ordered online and walked in and picked it up right away. they have a little shelf where the online orders are and it makes it quick and easy to walk in and out, no matter how busy it is! i absolutely love their food. i got the chorizo breakfast bagel, and it was perfect! my husband got the brisket bagel, and he said it absolutely hit the spot!:) i substituted my bagel for the jalapeño one, and i couldn’t be happier!! it was very busy, but they were doing awesome and helping people in front of me with smiles. keep up the amazing work!!

  This is a brand new location that’s been open less than a week. My husband and I came in at 10:40 am on a Saturday. The drive through line was out of the parking lot it was so long and there was a literal line out the door. This location was SLAMMED!!!! They were fully staffed and everyone was working. Everything was awesome, except the atmosphere but that’s more to do with the hangry hoard that was occupying the dining room. The staff was working hard and doing their best to get things done. There were a lot of substitutions needed, but again they had been open for a few hours and they had busy for a while. The staff were friendly and willing to make accommodations as needed. We did have a very long wait, but it was because we ordered 4 hot sandwiches and the location was VERY busy. I will say the drive through was moving faster than the lobby, but that is to be expected. If you want to get a bakers dozen you can get in and out fairly quickly. If you order hot sandwiches expect to wait a minute, but remember this location is brand new and still finding its groove. The food that is produced is quality and hot. Definitely worth the wait.
