- CFClaudia Fried4 days ago1.0I had a really disappointing experience with my mobile order today. I placed a customized order through the app, but almost every item was made incorrectly. We also waited a long time for the food, and when we finally received it, the drinks had clearly been sitting out — the ice was completely melted. On top of that, they forgot the sauces we asked for. The burgers were poorly made, messy, and had barely any lettuce. Worst of all, the food was cold, including the fries. Overall, the quality and service were far below expectations. This was very frustrating, especially for a mobile order that’s supposed to be quick and accurate.

It took at least 10 minutes to even take our order, there was only 2 car ahead that had already ordered, then they didn’t make our food right. Also didn’t give us all of our sauces, so I went back inside to ask for TWO sauces and the lady has the audacity to say “they’re .50 each” as if we didn’t just spend $45 on the food and they didn’t give us our sauces in the first place.
