  2nd time I have been to this location and this time was worse then the last time asked for light mayonnaise and it looked like the sandwich maker just had a good ol time with the mayo Food was mediocre the crew was rude and lifeless The atmosphere is dry and boring as the staff the manager was rude and in Spanish said he doesn't like white people? Probably inform them that there are a lot of bilingual customers. as a general manager at a restaurant I would never treat my customers this way nor would I put up with my staff putting customers through what they did the food quality is poor the atmosphere is poor crew managers are rude

  My son had a hair in hamburger bun and when we showed the manager she looked at my wife and said , that's not a hair , took it and still remade the burger , but it's a fact that she was rude , saying it's not what it was , which it was indeed a hair.

  Got an extra hot and spicy w/ my meal and they threw a tiny pinch of old brown lettuce and for whatever reason put cheese on it. Which then stuck to the breading of the chicken and I couldn’t even pull it off. I know the spicys are cheap but damn bro it’s been a long day and it’s not the what I want to have to deal w/

  Look, this has nothing to do with the workers. I just don't enjoy Mcdonalds anymore. I very rarely go, and when I finally break down and give it a try (after months and months), I am reminded why. In fact only the steak egg and cheese bagel has been decent and to be honest, the last one I had was subpar at best, butter not melted, sandwich looked like it was put together via wrist rocket. It was fast, it tasted like it was faster, it was fairly inexpensive, it tasted cheap, the new Arch Burger is a flat out joke that is worse than it's marketing campaign ...There is one bright side McDonalds, that's right one little silver lining, this will absolutely, positively be the very last review that I will give you.
