It would be nice if the drive through order taker could speak English instead of getting everything wrong and requiring that I repeat myself several times.

Other reviews described it. Gotta say I’m gonna start taking my business elsewhere, if you thinking of this Wendy’s I’d recommend going to McDonald’s or the other places than here. I’ve had missing orders and orders that just don’t have everything. Staff generally don’t care and apparently dont handle food with care (people finding plastic in their food and had a similar issue in the past.) so if you don’t want your stomach pumped I’d go somewhere else.

We went to the drive up tonight, and apparently they sell 5 piece and 9 piece nuggets, since we ordered a 6 and 10 and got a 5 and 9. This was AFTER we had to go back because they forgot to put the 10/9 piece in the bag. So either they were running out of nuggets or, someone needs to learn how to count!!!!

Just a heads up to check your burger before you eat it. Cold fries and we had to pull forward and wait for our burgers to finish cooking. My husband took a bite of his and it was pink/raw inside. Not going back

We placed a mobile order at 9:45 PM for three small items. At 9:56, we were told they were “just waiting on one egg” and asked to pull forward. By 10:05, with still no food and needing to be somewhere by 10:15, my husband went inside to request a refund. He was ignored twice while staff continued taking other orders. At 10:08, I went inside and explained that we were going to be late and needed a refund immediately. The employee looked at me and said she couldn’t give a refund and that I would have to get one through the mobile app — knowing full well refunds cannot be processed in the app. It felt like we were being told to either keep waiting or lose our money. At that point, I raised my voice so others could hear that we needed a refund and that they couldn’t hold money or food hostage. Only then did they quickly throw the order together and hand it to me, clearly just to shut the situation down. What made this more frustrating is that other customers had just experienced the same issue, waiting over 30 minutes for their orders. The restaurant was not busy — one car in the drive-thru, one other inside customer — but it appeared staff were prioritizing large DoorDash orders. If the wait is going to be 30+ minutes, customers deserve to be told the truth up front, not told they’re “waiting on one egg.” The lack of communication and refusal to process a refund until pushed was extremely frustrating, especially right before an important event.
