  Very juicy and tender chicken with very good price. I ordered half a chicken meal (no sides) and it was like $12. The chicken is full of flavors and the meat, even white meat, was tender. It pairs well with the salsa they gave. The onion and chili pepper that came with the chicken were all flavorful and complement the flavor. I also tried their chicken tamales and it was good too. I will definitely come back to try other items on their menu!

  The place is clean, the amount of food you get is great. It took almost 20 minutes to get my food, and I think it was lacking flavor, it’s my personal taste. I ordered the 3 pc meal, and the girl told me they don’t have chicken so I can’t get only leg and thigh.. not what you expect from a chicken place. For me it’s a no coming back unfortunately. I’m still looking an alternative to el pollo loco, but for now they are the best

The beans had absolutely no flavor, the rice, although it had a nice color, lacked any seasoning, and the chicken—besides being way too small for the price—was also bland. On top of that, the tortillas were dry, which only made the experience worse. Customer service was completely nonexistent. If this were a fast-food place, you’d expect them to yell your name from the counter to pick up your order. But with the prices they charge, the least they could do is bring the food to the table, showing some respect for the customer. To make matters worse, the jalapeño had no taste and no spice at all, which perfectly reflects the overall experience: a place with no culinary soul. And if that weren’t enough, at this location you’ll end up eating more with the smell of nail products from the beauty school next door than with the so-called grilled chicken. Si esto fuera un lugar de comida rápida, uno esperaría que te griten el nombre desde la caja para recoger tu pedido. Pero con los precios que manejan, lo mínimo sería que llevaran la comida a la mesa, mostrando un poco de respeto al cliente. Para rematar, el jalapeño no tenía ni sabor ni picante, lo cual refleja perfectamente la experiencia general: un lugar sin alma gastronómica. Y si fuera poco, en esta locación terminarás comiendo más con el olor a uñas de la escuela de belleza que está a la par del restaurante que con el supuesto pollo a la parrilla. Una estrella, bien merecida.
