    I rarely leave negative reviews—95% of the time my feedback is positive, and I understand that mistakes happen. However, my experience was very disappointing. ​After ordering lunch in the drive-thru, I waited at the first window to pay. When nobody appeared after a significant wait, I moved to the second window assuming I should pay there. The employee at the window was polite, but she was instructed by someone else (who didn't speak to me directly) that they would not accept my payment and that I had to drive around and wait in the massive line again. ​I had two young children in the car who had just received shots and were not feeling well, so rejoining a long line wasn't an option. We ended up leaving without food. I am always respectful to food workers and appreciate them very much, but the refusal to simply take my payment at the second window showed a total lack of care.

    I ordered two large fries, a Big Mac, a 10-piece Chicken McNuggets, and two large drinks, not the whole menu. Despite the restaurant not being very busy, it took over 30 minutes for my order to be ready. Several other customers from the drive thru had to come inside to ask about their orders as well because of how slow the service was. I was very disappointed with this location’s efficiency and customer service, and I won’t be returning.
