  My birthday was the 9th of February. This is the 3rd year in a row I got a free sandwich for my birthday. Plus I had enough points to get my daughter a sandwich too. So even though our meal was inexpensive, I was super bummed!! We got our sandwiches to go & when we got home to eat, the bread (which in my opinion is the whole reason Jimmy John's is the best sandwich place) was rock hard on the bottom. Like hockey puck hard. Break your teeth hard. I've NEVER had a sandwich from Jimmy John's more disappointing, but I usually go to the West Jordan location, it's just now we live close to the Taylorsville location & went there instead. Honestly, it kind of turned me off Jimmy John's completely for quite awhile!!! I work right next door to a subway & went there yesterday for my lunch break, and there bread was SO soft. And I realized I needed to speak up!! How is it that when Jimmy John's employees cut the bread that they don't notice how incredibly hard the bread is?! WHY would you even serve the sandwiches that way?! It made the sandwiches gross to be honest. And I tried the pasta salad with pesto for the first time. For what it is, it's not worth the price of it! I can make my own way better & cheaper.

  Gave me Diet Coke instead of Dr Pepper and pickle ranch instead of kicking. Not sure if the speaker/microphone sucks or if they are hard of hearing at this location. Ruined my lunch.

  They always forget SOMETHING. I asked for extra cucumbers one time and I got a beach club with no cucumbers. Then another time they forgot the jimmy peppers. And now they forgot napkins, fork for my pasta, and my straw. I love jimmy johns but come on.

  I went through the drive-through waited 15 minutes for someone to help me. I never like to say excuse me on the intercom because I don’t like to rush the workers. I continued to wait and then I finally spoken to the intercom and got no response. I also honked my horn two times and no one wanted to help. I looked inside and saw that all the workers sitting at a table talking and eating, I get it. Everyone has their lunch, but I doubt it’s all at the same time.
