  Gave me Diet Coke instead of Dr Pepper and pickle ranch instead of kicking. Not sure if the speaker/microphone sucks or if they are hard of hearing at this location. Ruined my lunch.

  They always forget SOMETHING. I asked for extra cucumbers one time and I got a beach club with no cucumbers. Then another time they forgot the jimmy peppers. And now they forgot napkins, fork for my pasta, and my straw. I love jimmy johns but come on.

  I went through the drive-through waited 15 minutes for someone to help me. I never like to say excuse me on the intercom because I don’t like to rush the workers. I continued to wait and then I finally spoken to the intercom and got no response. I also honked my horn two times and no one wanted to help. I looked inside and saw that all the workers sitting at a table talking and eating, I get it. Everyone has their lunch, but I doubt it’s all at the same time.

  Quality and service has gone down hill. This is the 3rd time they’ve forgotten to add mayo and mustard, and now they use lettuce as a filler to skimp on the meat. It’s literally 2 pieces each of turkey and roast beef and the rest is lettuce. What a ripoff! Would not recommend.
