HUGE shoutout to Pam k, (young blonde girl) (that's what my order ahead ticket said). Pam K, I love you. That was best açaí bowl I've had and honestly you deserve the world for that one. I placed my order ahead last night and when I walked in, she was already helping other guests and making their orders, I stood there for at least 1 minute and went up to me right away saying "I'm so sorry, are you here for an order ahead?" and helped me out immediately. Top tier awareness, elite services. 10/10 bowl, 10/10 service :D

The original employee tried to sell us on the smoothie, and said they didn't have bowl options. I had to show my screenshot and then Tasia, I believe, had to find the code and rung us up. Service was minimal, and before we left, the two employees went to the back room again. The special was watery and had an artificial aftertaste..I do not recommend at any price. #disappointed 😞

Are you trying to make people sick? Nope, not giving this place any more buisness. Disgusting, Im reporting this.
