It is fast and friendly service! I have had some very positive interactions with the staff because they’re all very friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this location!

Dined in today and it was a bit off in the late morning; with the holiday season pressure and lots of groups coming & going. We ordered a few drinks and a few bagels. There was a slight error with mine but they quickly made it right, as they do. This location often has new employees, so it’s safe to assume they’re always training. Some customers were patient today, some were not. The shift lead and her team were kind & were great, they stayed on top of things even when mistakes happened. Never waiting long for it to be fixed, having a rush & all. This is definitely the location we prefer.

Bagels sliced terribly and several times incorrect order to go. Coffee not always good. Tables shaking spilling coffee! The place could use good cleaning. So disappointed but it's like they don't care. 👎

I always have this one employee Monica who is super sweet and helpful. She always has a smile and the other gal that works there is just as awesome. I forget her name. Thank you for adding such an awesome and comfortable spot to our city!

Not sure why it's named after the german scientists guy, and I assume the Bros. comes from Marios. Bagel is the only original word, in the brand image, but I LOVE bagels!! (attached photo is me after eating, one helluva bagel, bagel not pictured. I eated it.)
