    A little disappointed in the asiago cheese bagels there was barely any cheese on top. Of course they’re quite busy in the mornings. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and an asiago cheese bagel and two dozen bagels was able to get the bagels right away. It did take almost 20 minutes to get my bagel sandwich.

    We went in today at 6:30 am. There were 2 cashier's. It was a white and black girl. They were very nice . When the white girl was about to attend us the GM just called over . He should of waited. The GM made the atmosphere so unpleasant 1st he was filling coffee jugs and not making extra, 2nd he was making comments about the black girl in public. The GM stated that she shouldn't do anything it would make everything easier. I don't know why he's a GM if he's going to be so rude to the girl or comment in public. So unprofessional!!

    If I could leave zero stars I would. Staff is rude to customers and each other. Today a gentleman begins the counter berated a customer because she wanted a dozen bagels, sliced and rotated, they don't do that.. But he begrudgingly agreed to do that, then told all the employees that everyone else's orders will be delayed because of her, and then she probably wouldn't leave a to anyway. They made my bagel with a schmear without the schmear. They made it right when I went back over. This location always has a sign on their door that they are at half staff or some other excuse.
