  I treated myself to Einstein’s because I wanted absolutely fresh bagels, but they weren’t particularly fresh and at over a buck forty each it wasn’t worth it. Get your bagels at WinCo or Smiths. However, if you want a bagel sandwich or nosh, this is still the place to go.

  EVERY FLIPPING TIME! What's with this store on Redwood & I-215? For God's sake just 1 time will you put my paid for Shmear in the bag??? Is that too much to teach this crew?

  Deleted my last negative review and decided to give it one more try. What a waste!!! The employee was so rude and obnoxious. I had a receipt for 2 free bagels and asked for 2 of the six cheese which I've done in the past with no problem. She said I could only get plain. Why doesn't it say 2 free plain on receipt? Instead of staying and having coffee and bagels bought a six cheese paid and we left. The bagels were very poorly cut and small as reported previously. Not a big loss for sure we will not be back.. 👎👎👎👎

  Einsteins closes at 2:00 pm now, which is really early for someone like me. They seem to do most of their business by on line ordering. If you walk in and try to order, it can take a while. My last visit, I gave up, sat down and ordered on line. It went quicker that way. Even then, although I clicked "walk in", they didn't call out my name, I just happened to notice the order sitting on the pick up shelf. The food was very good. I had the Lox Nova and enjoyed it. I ordered an iced mocha but got a hot one instead. I let it go. Good food, but not the best service.

  Just went in with my toddler the other day. The staff was SO sweet to her (as well as to me). They were efficient in taking my order and the food tasted great! I cannot stress enough though, how sweet and kind the entire staff was!! 10/10 for customer service!!
