- HWHaydn Wood5 days ago3.0I order ahead pretty much every day of the week. I usually go to the pickup window, but decided to try drive through to see if it was faster. It was not. The woman was busy chatting with the person in front of me, and when she finally got to me and heard me say pickup, she replied "they'll have that out for you soon" and walked away. I know from experience normally they go inside and bring it to your car, but she did not. I waited for a little while and because I started to be running late for work from it taking so long (directly goes against the idea/convenience of ordering ahead in the first place) I decided to instead pull out of line over to the pickup side and they were able to hand me my order immediately. Employees should always just bring out the order to your car instead of making you wait for no reason, when it was easily accomplished by other team members.

Honestly, with one competitor in particular, it seems a point of pride to be rude to the customers. Dutch is a very refreshing change and they actually have good coffee. Good coffee. Great service. We drove off thinking the more we mix it and let it thaw, might get better. Definitely not the case unfortunately. Not sure what it is but one of our parties hadn’t been to Dutch Bros in ages due to bad experiences. Thought it’d be different this time. At least one was free. We would’ve turned around if we didn’t have to be on the road for a long drive.
- LRLauren RobinsonDec 19, 20251.0Sometimes when I visit Dutch bros the service is a little slow, whatever. Today was a whole other level. An off duty employee (or maybe friend or former employee? She clearly knew the other employees though) was in front of me, and basically acted like the whole store should revolve around her. She stuck her head out the window of her car and literally snapped her fingers at the worker to take her order first instead of going through the line in the logical way. Then she was making fun of me the whole time I was in line..sticking her head out the window, pointing at me and yelling. This went on for several minutes. Idk if she was drunk or just acting up, but the worker eventually told her to stop and walked away. No idea why, I was behind her and in the other lane, so I wasn’t a threat to her coffee time? Very weird. I’d be upset if my employee popped in and acted like that. I understand visiting friends at work is cute but this was wild & totally ruined the experience for me. I won’t be going back any time soon!

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
