The woman was busy chatting with the person in front of me, and when she finally got to me and heard me say pickup, she replied "they'll have that out for you soon" and walked away. I know from experience normally they go inside and bring it to your car, but she did not. I waited for a little while and because I started to be running late for work from it taking so long (directly goes against the idea/convenience of ordering ahead in the first place) I decided to instead pull out of line over to the pickup side and they were able to hand me my order immediately. Employees should always just bring out the order to your car instead of making you wait for no reason, when it was easily accomplished by other team members.

We drove off thinking the more we mix it and let it thaw, might get better. Definitely not the case unfortunately. Not sure what it is but one of our parties hadn’t been to Dutch Bros in ages due to bad experiences. Thought it’d be different this time. At least one was free. We would’ve turned around if we didn’t have to be on the road for a long drive.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
