  Ordered two burritos online for dinner, typically there is another chipotle nearby my neighborhood that I go to but was passing this one and decided to get dinner here. The burritos were completely wrong, folded sloppy and were supposed to have chicken but instead had chewy pieces of steak. Extremely disappointing considering not just one but both burritos were wrong and quite frankly, disgusting. Wouldn’t recommend this location.

  This was the finest dining experience at a Chipotle that I’ve ever had. The restaurant was immaculate! It was clean in the lobby and in the kitchen and on the food line. The food was fresh and looked as if it was cooked to perfection. I arrived after lunch, around 1:30 pm. After I ate my food, I asked for a tortilla And the staff washed their hands thoroughly. This place is CLEAN! The food was delicious! Thank you to the manager Hector and their team Rosy and Eden and the others behind the scenes for providing a positive experience. I read some of the reviews on portion sizes and I encourage people to communicate what they want with the person serving their food. If I want more food, I just ask. In the past, I have never been charged for extra rice, beans, grilled veggies, vinaigrette dressing, lime or lemon wedges, salsas, lettuce, sour cream and cheese. It’s when I add additional meat, queso, guacamole, drinks , chips and tortillas, that I would get charged extra. But if it’s a Vegeterian bowl, and not soffritas, then the guacamole has been included in the price of the Veggy bowl. I can get up to several pounds of food in a single bowl for under $10 (before tax) without being charged an additional fee. I’ve noticed even some of the smaller bowls with fewer ingredients can provide more food in grams, compared to many other restaurants and fast food chains for the same price or higher. I prefer to dine in, that way I can watch as they build it and make requests to tailor it to my liking.

  There was a hair on my food, the girl in the drive through window barely gave me rice, my bowl was basically half empty and the steak was all fat

  I've never been to a Chipotle until they opened this one here. Today I went in to get my usual order of tacos. Since I've been going here, they've always asked if I wanted rice or beans on my tacos before putting on the meat. Today the man with the tattoo on his arm and who is the manager, skipped that and went right to putting on the meat. I asked him to put rice as I've been there over 30+ times and had various employees always ask. He then started arguing with me and saying these don't come with rice and never have. I told him every time I've been here the employees have asked. Then he started telling me authentic tacos and taco stands don't put rice on their tacos. I told him I'm not debating what authentic tacos are but since I've been here over 30+ times every time I was offered rice and the employees other than him gladly did it. He finally put some tiny scoops of rice on my tacos but was a jerk about it. As someone who worked in the food industry for years this was one of the worst customer service I've seen, especially coming from a manager. Arguing with customers and then try to act like they are lying is one of the worst things you can do. As mentioned in other reviews, this manager has been mentioned for having an attitude. I don't know how he landed this job. What a dumb way to lose a loyal customer. I won't be going back.
