- BBbeverly bassJan 30, 20261.0I got 2 steak bowls, inside the restaurant, and the manager specifically definitely didn't portion the right amount of steak into our bowls. I know this because I used to work at Chipotle and have vivid image of what a scoop of any of the food is supposed to look like. They also did the same with the cheese and sour cream. Pathetic. First time back to Chipotle in years and this is sad. The manager the night of 1/30/26, is in need of training and management training. It is clear they were promoted to fill a hole not. Anyways, just another reason I'll make it at home for myself and it'll actually be worth it. No, I don't want a refund or anything. Just do better and be better.

All the kids working there were unfriendly working, and the man making the food. No smiles and a sour puss look on their faces. They should all be glad that they live in a free and wonderful country and have a job. I’m a fan of chipotle, but today I just ended up walking out. With the attitude the lady had taking orders this chipotle will not survive.
