- JPJo P5 days ago1.0I brought my sister here. We were both first time ever customers. We were THE ONLY customers in line. We were NOT greeted. We were COMPLETELY IGNORED! I had to ask the cook in the back to get our orders made. Then, when it was time to pay, cashier went out of her way to ask Doordash order if everything was ok...(which Doordash guy came out of nowhere.) Then cashier left us standing in line. No "one moment," or "sorry about that." It was not busy. There was only one clean table in the place. The only good thing was the food!!! Thankfully! I will eat at Chipotle again, just NOT the Taylorsville one.

I got 2 steak burritos with rice corn sour cream.. they flled most the burrito with rice, corn, sour cream and gave me a spoonful of steak it felt like.. In both burritos, i also get extra meat... and that was non-existent. ONLY THIS LOCATION.

Well where to start off, I picked it up at 9pm tonight (my first mistake), went thru the drive thru to pick it up and while driving away looked in the bag and the chips were missing. Drove back around and the guy said “we’re out of chips”. It sure would’ve been nice to tell me this while picking up my order, did I get a refund? Nope, offered me a large soda instead. So, I got home, tried a couple of bites and thats all I could eat. The rice was “crispy” and the chicken was gross. I’m telling you right now if you’re a fan of chipotle find a different location and stay far away from this one, you’ll thank me later.
