Have you ever trained any of your employees? Not one of them cares. Sandwich was throw together, sauce all over the wrapper and falling apart when I opened it.
I went in and asked for a new one, they acted like they didn’t know what the issue was. So, this is normal I guess?
No manager available, she was “in the back” and the employee said he would let her know when she came back.

when Arby's said they have the meats they must've meant BEEF with random customers. When me and my cousin got there the person running drive up was dismissive at best, when my cousin had asked her if she specified a certain item we ordered she just responded with "no you didn't." which came off as very rude, but we brushed it off quickly because like okay people have bad days. But when we finally get our food i open up my double roast beef to find a beef and cheddar. I was devastated. We went inside to ask them about correcting our response and we saw that just about every employee had a headphone in, we were slid an expired coupon card and a sandwich. We returned to the car and i am ready to eat but i open it to find, once again, a roast beef and cheddar. My cousin hopped out of the car again and was greeted rudely by the staff who must've been talking about us when we left, but she just requested- once again- that we get the roast beef we ordered. finally, they made me my roast beef and it was so good, just extremely frustrating process and very rude attitude toward two random girls especially when we had no attitude towards them.

Basically, when you get to the drive-through the employees they act like they’d rather die than help you. Tried to order at the drive-through and the lady was super rude. Asked for A double roast beef and when we pulled up to the window, they asked us to pull forward by a door, Some man comes to Hand out our order and has to lean over a red fence to the car like he couldn’t take five steps next to my car. We parked to make sure our food was correct and it turns out they gave us a beef and cheddar instead of a double roast beef (It’s about the same sandwich it just Has cheese) My cousin doesn’t like cheese and it’s not what she ordered, so I went back in and asked them nicely if they could give us a roast beef instead of a beef and cheddar, Everyone inside, including the lady from the drive up, had AirPods in and seemed like they hated their job, This guy in a lousy mood says he will get it remade for us and then hands me a coupon for a free sandwich that expired in 2024. He had lots of attitude when he gave us our sandwich and I Asked if it was fine that the coupon was already expired He said “ We don’t check dates” We then made it back to our car for my Cousin to open it up to the exact same beef and cheddar. I go in again, and a lady in the back sees me and says “Oh my goshhhh 🙄” And is super annoyed I came back in. I tried to tell them I wasn’t trying to be a pain. We just wanted what we ordered. The lady in the back basically death scares me as she makes our order again for the third time and then slid it to me across the counter. The people here hate their job. They seem miserable and can’t hear a single thing you’re trying to tell them because they all have AirPods in. These people clearly need to quit their job if they’re so unhappy or be fired because they suck at their job.

At least the curly fries were fresh… I ordered a #1 classic and the meat came out thicker than a shoe sole and burnt. Will not be returning, guess I’ll have to travel to a different location.
