So, I placed an order on the app for $12+, click on the free sandwich and its starts a 15 min timer (luckily I waited to order until I was actually there or I wouldn't have even been able to use it). I tell the cashier I had a free sandwich and she said I needed to order over $10 worth of food. I said my order was $12 and she said I needed to place the order there to get the sandwich..... So then I had to spend another $10 to get my "free" $7 sandwich. Pretty stupid. So many hurdles and loopholes so they dont have to give you something for free but I usually get sandwiches for later when I actually go so it worked out I guess. Roast beef was cold, chicken slider was so chewy all the meat came out of the breading on the first bite, and I ended up spending twice as much as I planned. Fries and Potato cakes were good tho

I very rarely have something wrong with my order, they are always nice when me and my crazy child come in on the same day because it's his favorite.
