My husband and I came in before closing, the staff had a great attitude and the food was yummy! We will be back!
We recently visited Einstein Bros. Bagels for the first time, and overall had a pretty good experience. The store itself appeared very clean and well maintained, and everything on display looked fresh and delicious—which definitely made us excited to try it.
That said, as first-time customers, we felt a little unsure about how the ordering process worked and what to choose. While it’s not overly complicated, a bit more guidance or friendliness from staff in helping us navigate the menu would have gone a long way in making the experience feel more welcoming.
The food itself was very good overall, and you can tell there are some great flavors there. Unfortunately, the breakfast sandwich we ordered was extremely peppery—so much so that it overpowered everything else and made it hard to enjoy the other flavors.
We’d definitely be open to trying it again, especially since everything else seemed so promising. With a little more customer guidance and balance in seasoning, this could easily be a great go-to spot!
We ordered food from this location. They messed up the order and we tried calling the number about 10 times, they refuse to answer the phone. Now I have to get the baby back in the car and drive 20 minutes to go back...

I’m genuinely trying to understand how this was considered acceptable to serve. I ordered a breakfast bagel sandwich and received what looks like a hockey puck that likely survived a house fire. This is completely burnt and inedible. The entire top is blackened and charred like it was forgotten in the oven far too long. This goes well beyond a minor mistake or being slightly overdone. It cracked in pieces when it hit the trash can....
What’s more concerning than the mistake itself is that someone still looked at this, wrapped it, and sent it out to a paying customer. At multiple points this should have been caught and remade, and the fact that it wasn’t shows a serious lapse in basic quality control. I understand that busy shifts happen, but there’s a baseline standard for food that should never be crossed, and this missed it entirely. This wasn’t just disappointing, it was a complete waste of money and time. I hope this is addressed so it doesn’t happen to someone else, because this experience alone looks really bad for your store.

Sadly, it feels like it is becoming more common to go inside to eat/order and find the workers so focused on online orders that the person in front of them feels ignored. They had one person at the register and the other register was being used as a holding spot for online orders. The employee at the register was clearly struggling and I got my food while waiting in line and waited and waited while she struggled with the 3 customers in front of me and needed help multiple times. I don't mind this except she was struggling and the line just kept growing. By the time I got to my car my food was cold...not sort of cold but frustratingly cold.
