- TCtaylor crews4 days ago1.0I’ve been going to this specific location for years, always returning for the people and workers. These last few times i’ve gone i’ve had problems specifically with Eliza, she’s immature and doesn’t represent the values that the company says they hold important to them. Not only have I had a bad experience with Eliza but I know several other people who have had similar experiences. She exploited multiple coworkers to drive off customers that she had a personal problem with, and didn't provide any proper reasoning. These people are known for their polite and mature attitudes, and I am personally very disgusted by her behavior. Her actions and behavior aren’t acceptable in any setting.

My only complaint is their coffee drinks are SOOOO sweet! Even if you ask for 'light sweetner/syrup' it is so much! So if sweet coffee is your thing, you'll love it!
- TTTJApr 22, 20261.0Eliza and two other staff members, including a shift lead, refused service to a friend of mine, without reason. They claimed they would refund his drinks, but it has now been 4 days and he has not received his refund. I have personally had bad experiences with Eliza at this location, including an attitude, and making my drinks wrong. I believe this service is completely unacceptable, disrespectful, and immature. It is your job to serve the customer unless they actively give you a reason not to, which did not happen. He came through the drive through, said nothing, and Eliza brought out 2 other staff members to tell him he was not allowed at this location, with no prior incident happening. If you do not want to do your job, find a different one. If you want to act childish and immature, go work at a daycare.

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
