- ASashley scottApr 22, 20264.0Food and establishment is great! But Sharon who was walking around in the lobby doesn’t mind her business when it comes to other peoples children. She also made it very known when there was 3 other moms around her that one mom and child were acting the way she probably preferred and gave them free ice cream and a “super mom” cookie. Our kids play a little louder than some others but there’s no need to make it so known that you don’t like it.

An employee was clearing a table next to us and spilled a ton of ice cream all over the floor. She walked off, and never returned. We watched at least 4 other employees walk past the spill or step over it and never did anybody come back with a mop. We attempted to clean it with our baby wipes, but it was a mess and ultimately we watched 2 kids slip and fall hard on the unattended spill. It was really weird behavior for none of the staff to attempt to remedy the clear safety hazard, especially the employee who caused the spill and couldn't be bothered to return to it.
