  I normally don’t write reviews, but this has to be the most rude place when you’re trying to go through the drive-through. Trying to order and they kept on rudely not understanding what I was saying. How can you misunderstand? Thank you and please. Something you can tell that the two girls working there have no clue how to be polite. Driving up to pick up my food, you clearly hear a female worker laughing with the other female worker at how disrespectful she was being towards my order. I had to check my food just because of how she was acting; it made me feel like she did something to it. I totally lost my appetite.

  Ordered at the drive thru….wanted two double arby sandwiches and two curly fries, two ice teas. Got two double Arby’s sandwiches 1-small ice tea and 1- med ice teas.NO CURLY FRIES, not even the same size drinks….NOT CLOSE TO WHAT I ORDERED. Cashier more concerned with if I wanted to round up for charity. NEVER WILL I GO BACK..HORRIBLE

  This place didn't get my order wright at all So I went in to fix it and they got a little upset like I was lieing had to go get the receipt. Why then when thay got it my food was cold frys was raw I got mad and went home hungry

  Had a deal on the app if I spent $10 I could get a free Rueben. So, I placed an order on the app for $12+, click on the free sandwich and its starts a 15 min timer (luckily I waited to order until I was actually there or I wouldn't have even been able to use it). I tell the cashier I had a free sandwich and she said I needed to order over $10 worth of food. I said my order was $12 and she said I needed to place the order there to get the sandwich..... So then I had to spend another $10 to get my "free" $7 sandwich. Pretty stupid. So many hurdles and loopholes so they dont have to give you something for free but I usually get sandwiches for later when I actually go so it worked out I guess. Roast beef was cold, chicken slider was so chewy all the meat came out of the breading on the first bite, and I ended up spending twice as much as I planned. Fries and Potato cakes were good tho
