  I had quite the experience with the GM. I used a coupon that I got from a different location. Apparently this location doesn't honor those because they are a different franchise. I had no idea. When I got to the window he told me I needed to say something about the coupon before ordering, which I did and the employee who took my order backed me up. He then proceeded to explain that he would honor it but it was for a different franchise. When I tried to ask him how I could find out which location was which franchise, he repeatedly cut me off and told me he knows because he's the GM. This happens 3 times before I told him I understood that he was the GM but how was I supposed to find out which location was under which franchise. Then I finally got an answer to my original question. I feel bad for those employees if this is who they have to answer too. I could see they looked stressed through the window as he was "doing me a favor" by honoring the coupon. He acted like a real jerk.

  We ordered ahead online and then had to wait over 20 minutes for our order. When I asked if I could make it faster by doing the mobile order differently next time I was told that I needed to just be patient. Then when we finally got our food we were again told to practice patience instead of being told to have a good day. Absolutely terrible service. We also had to sit and listen to him VERY poorly train a new employee who was trying her best but he was just rude to everyone I guess.

  Took my boy for a biggy bag. Burger, fries, nuggets, and a drink less than 7 dollars. Not bad for fast food. Service was fast and pleasant. All this place needs is to clean their main eating area, their coke machine, and change the floor cleaning detergent. The floor is a bit greasy. If they do that they would get another star. I know they can do it. They have plenty of staff.

  Probably the slowest Wendy's on the planet. Sorry correction, slowest fast food place on the planet. We spent over 30 minutes in the drive through with only 5 cars in front of us. Maybe they should hire a new manager that understand what " fast food" is. We usually don't come to this location because it I is always so slow. Driving 15 minutes longer to a different Wendy's is still faster. Wendy's Syracuse, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

  Worst experience I’ve had, they were so rude and unprofessional. We entered in and were told that we had to use the kiosk because it was too busy and no one could help us. Then the person who was going to help us pay proceeded to be in the bathroom for 20 minutes so they couldn’t charge us and we didn’t have time to wait another 20 minutes. We then left along with another family. I am just baffled that they were so rude and didn’t care about whether we stayed or left. Very unprofessional and will not be going back.
