Tonight was probably the worst it’s been and has forced me to take my business to another location. While those working there are always very kind and helpful the food lacks the quality that I’ve been so used to from Chipotle. The steak in my bowl and my husband’s was more gristle and fat than actual meat. The Guac was brown and old. And the chips that are “made fresh everyday” weren’t crispy, and tasted like they were reseasoned to cover up the staleness. $80 for fatty meat, brown Guac, and stale chips is unbelievable. It’s clear that the management doesn’t care about quality and freshness. If they did the issues would be fixed instead of review after review stating the same experience as mine. I’ll be driving the extra time to go to the Layton location moving forward.
