  I paid $10 for 9 pieces of these dried up, burnt black, pieces of &#@!. My 11 year old son, who is starting to understand the value of money, was shocked. He remembered what we got at In and Out burger 2 weeks ago for $6. I don't know what the deal is with fast food joints in Syracuse but they have gone down the tube in service and product. I don't normally complain about a product but I did this time and the person behind the counter did not care. They stated they always look like this and I'm the only person that has complained. I won't be back, I'll add you to my list with Wendy's. This place will need to be bulldozed and rebuilt from the ground up before I step foot in it again. Pretty sad because we are practically neighbors.

  The lady who took our order kept texting on her phone whale taking the order 🤦🏼‍♀️Only two other people in Arby's the food came out cold. Stay away from the Syracuse store.

  The Manager is very friendly and helpful. Today the manger went above and be beyond I forgot my auju normally I would have to pay for the auju which normally cost me 50 cents but today she said not to worry about it and gave it to me for free he is a very nice carrying manager thank you arbys

  Went through the drive through and didn’t get half of the things I ordered and was still charged for it.
