  I went on Saturday, and they gave me a burrito that was so small. On top of that they gave me food poisoning, would not recommend.

  Very disappointing experience at the **Chipotle at **1975 W 1700 S in Syracuse, Utah. I picked up a Chipotlane order around 9:20 PM on March 13. The employee at the pickup window was rude, handed me the food, and immediately shut the window. As I started to drive away, I realized they had forgotten my chips and guacamole, so I turned around and came back. The doors were locked, so I had to go back through the drive-thru window. Two employees clearly saw me waiting but ignored me. I eventually had to get out of my car and knock on the window to get someone’s attention. Even then, the employee looked at me and didn’t come over until I waved several times. When I told him my chips and guacamole were missing, he said they didn’t give them to me because they were out, even though I had paid for them. No one mentioned that when they gave me the order. When I asked for a refund, he said he didn’t know how to process one and suggested I request it online before finally getting a manager to refund it. Unfortunately, the problems continued when we got home: • My wife’s salad had no lettuce • Both burritos were missing corn salsa • They were clearly out of multiple ingredients and just made the order without them, without telling us Worst of all, my wife’s chicken was undercooked and completely inedible, which is a serious food safety issue. The overall experience was terrible — rude employees, missing items they knowingly gave us without saying anything, and unsafe food quality. We love Chipotle and have had great experiences at other locations, but unfortunately the Syracuse location seems consistently poorly managed. We’ve had multiple bad experiences here and it’s very disappointing.

  Good Chipotle location. Only reason i never leave them 5 star is the pricing. Aside from that tho, the food is great, service is mostly pretty good.

  I have been to this location countless times because I live nearby. For whatever reason the food is never ever ready. It doesn’t matter the time of day. Meat is never ready. All of the other toppings are barely full either. It’s so odd. Why are they always out of everything? No apologizing ever happens either. This can’t be the new normal for Chipotle.
