    The employees were nice but the sandwiches were terrible. Not the best Subway in the area.

    Mobile order. Was given the wrong order at pick up and told we have to come back to get a refund. Dropped the food back off and were told they had already proceeded the refund. The manager could have saved us a trip back after their mistake.

    Apparently online orders are what keeps them going. We waited in line for ten mins. To get our orders started but they had three receipts for online orders and one girl working. When the other girl started back after break she went straight to the online orders as well instead of waiting customers. They told us they have to go in order so even though we were the only ones In the shop we weren’t getting attended to any time soon. Bad business managing. A&W got my money.

    I bought a $100 Subway gift card, and this is now my third time trying to use it. Every time I come in, they tell me the system or machine isn’t working and to try again next time. After placing my order, I’m told again that they can’t accept the card. If you don’t accept gift cards, then please don’t sell them. At the very least, put up a sign so customers don’t waste their time and money. This has been very frustrating.

    First time at this store. The guys who helped me were very nice and welcoming and helped us right away. Loved the experience until I got home and unwrapped my sandwich which was hard as a rock. I literally couldn't bite into it. You can't tell me they didn't know that bread was rock hard. Sad, I was really happy to have found a location near me.
