  The kids meals lack options. Side you get apple sauce you can’t change it for chips. And you an only get milk or juice. You can’t switch it for chocolate milk or anything else. It’s sucks.

  the ABSOLUTE WORST LOCATION I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN THE UNITED STATES. I USED to go here multiple times a week; even after dealing with their crap customer service, and sub par employees. They always refuse my coupons, they would charge me extra for changing the chicken on the chicken bacon ranch- annoying, but fine whatever I’ll pay the extra money. But now they are telling me that they can’t even swap the chicken at ALL. what happened to building our own subs? Subway my way? I think not. Absolute garbage people I will continue supporting OTHER locations & the franchise but this place should be shut down

  We got sandwiches, but not what, nor how we ordered them. Honestly I didn’t think subways could be bad, but that was really lousy all around. It was hot in the store, the employees seemed upset at each other and couldn’t follow basic directions. They also didn’t know their own menu items so I had to read the whole order off the menu and they still gave me the wrong size and missed toppings. Out of the four orders we got only one was mostly right. The rest were not what we asked for even after correcting them multiple times.

  Everything was lacking. Which was disappointing because I love subway, it is my number one sandwich place. And I came here with some friends to get some brunch, I ordered a turkey sandwich, and asked for it to be toasted. By the time they gave me my order, my sandwich was cold, the mayonnaise was smeared all over the outside of the bread. I understand how stressful and hard working in an establishment is, but the place was completely empty. When we first walked in, one of the kids working just stared at me without saying anything. We had three sandwiches, and he was becoming overwhelmed and stressed. There was another girl in the back, when she came forward she was talking very quietly so we kept asking her to repeat the questions because we couldn’t hear her. And she was visibly annoyed, with it. Food safety is also something to consider, the girl was working with cuts all over her arms, and open wounds near open food cannot be sanitary. Personal problems shouldn’t interfere with work problems not even my safety. I would not be returning to this location, the boy who first took our order deserves a raise. He is constantly stressed doing everyone else’s job!

  Kids running the place here not knowing how to make sandwiches challenging me when I had a simple request. Subway's always been great. This one is just not managed well.
