    Nice people, but I have never had so many missing items. Almost every time I order a side tortilla online, it's left out of the order, and there are usually no napkins or utensils. I will keep going here because it's convenient, but please, remember my tortillas, napkins, and utensils.

    We've been there 3x in the past 3 weeks- in transit and working on a house. Order the same thing every time- with double chicken. Just recently, actually got double chicken. The previous two times was a joke.

    this place has truly gone down hill. used to be a regular old pretty good run of the mill chipotle location, but they have really gone all in on the portion cutting memo. like literally less than half of what it used to be/should be.
