  My experience here was horrible overall, though I do want to acknowledge that our server, Michael, was great. He was very attentive and did the best he could under the circumstances. We had a party of 15, so we tried to be patient, but the service and food execution were extremely disappointing. Our food came out at all different times, two people never received their meals at all (we eventually canceled those orders), and one wing order that was supposed to have three flavors wasn’t tossed properly—they just gave us the seasoning on the side, because “they don’t have time for this.” Another dish came out missing tomato, which we did not request to be removed. When we sent it back, they returned the same plate ten minutes later and it was cold. I truly don’t feel that we were asking for too much, especially given the size of our group and our patience throughout the experience.

  Placed an order at 6:30 with a 7:20 pick up time. Arrived at 7:20. No one even acknowledge us for the first 5-10 minutes. When I finally waved someone down they said our order was on the ticket line (time is now 7:30). Finally got our food at 7:48. Everything was super cold as if it had sat out for an hour already. Super disappointing to wait so long for cold, mediocre wings. Lots of better wing spots in town.

  If you want to wait 45 minutes for the worst cold food you have ever had, I would highly recommend this place!

  Just came back from Buffalo Wild Wings in Saint George Utah! This place is not only condiluded by its management but they actually have brain washed their servers?! While there I was told by one sever that and I quote Utah Law states that I can not order you more than two drinks unless you order more food which is not any Utah Law… The other said we can’t serve you for the next thirty minutes as Utah law the new law in Utah states???? I have been a server for 15 years of my life and worked in restaurants for 25 years total! We were here visiting from Salt Lake City, Utah and we have a child of eight years old so as any parent knows that is not Mormon knows that there are not many options around where you can take your family and have drinks and enjoy some Football! However? While we were there we had some frosty beverages I was told Utah state law by not only by two servers which I know Utah State law from serving very well because I have taken my Sips Class every four years for the last 18 years of my life! The first server said that we can not serve you more drinks unless you order more food? But we ordered eighty dollars of food already! How could a family of three order anything more than eighty dollars of food? When we left we had four to go cartons. But thankfully we recieved a new server and his name was Micheal and he was completely understanding and polite. and finally took care of all our needs and completely understood the situation and I’m sure went to bat for us because we are definitely mature. Truth be it told the Restaurant for Sunday Football at seven PM was only half full? I mean right! A place is only half full during Football games being played?!?! Defiantly telling me this is not a corporate matter but definitely a management problem!?!??! I have been to many Buffalo Wild Wings all over the Western United States and have never seen this type of ridiculousness ever!!!!
