  I was visiting my girlfriend in St George attending her finance courses at the Utah tech university. She had suggested we come here for lunch. Also we really just wanted to get out of the house and do something you know. The moment we walked into the door the room stood quiet so many people in there literally everyone turned staring for a moment. It just felt weird as if they have never seen a man of my color before. Almost had the same experience in Moab Utah weird little towns. Anyway we sat for over 2 hours with no drinks and no food. We can tell the waitress was not in a good mood in fact she never checked with us after we sat down. I just could not believe it. I can see my girlfriend looked disappointed so I went up to the cashier lady and said we were leaving. She says you can't leave now but if you really have to still you have to pay for the food you ordered. Then I said what food, it has been over 2 hours and we never got anything. She responds well I'm not sure there's too much going on right now. I waited a little bit and went to talk to another staff about what's going on because others around our table are now eating, even those who came after. We only ordered some wings and some fries nothing crazy. The staff goes into the back area and comes back saying your food has actually been ready for some reason It has been kept in the back not sure why but it's cold now we can warm it up. I tell him well my girlfriend and I really have to get going we are no longer hungry. We have been here for too long. Moment shortly a shift lead or supervisor comes out repeating sir your food has been ready we are warming it up you still have to pay and can't just leave. I was tired of being there so I just paid and took off with my girlfriend. She felt really bad I came to see her and had that experience but I reassured her that I wasn't upset. It wasn't her fault and we made sure to never eat here again.

  Michael was our waiter and man, was he good. He was friendly and easy to talk to, felt like I knew him for my whole life. If he doesn’t get a raise or a promotion, we’re gonna have some words. #makemichaelthemanager

  Total bummer, ordered for pickup “BONE-IN WINGS” and we got home to discover they put in boneless. Which is like 20% less food. Double checked my receipt and yes, we ordered BONE IN.

  Everyone we order bone-in wings they give us chicken nuggets instead.

  Waited an hour for food. Food was ice cold. Staff was extremely rude to my family.
