  Our waiter was too busy with to go orders we felt like we didn't get the service we needed. Food was good.

  Check your order before leaving the restaurant, especially if you order online. You’re paying about $1.50 per wing, so the order should be correct. I ordered hot wings with lemon pepper dry, but they did not look right at all—they were very dry. It seemed like the mix wings may already be pre-cooked and then just tossed in whatever sauce you choose because if you choose all flats, it’s an additional $2. On top of that, they charge extra for veggies and ranch, and for $1chrge the 2oz.cup of ranch was only half full, this Wings are getting really expensive, and for the price you pay, they should make the order correctly. After today, I’m not sure if I want to give them another chance. Please give customers what they are paying for.

  This BW sucks, the patio only opens when they feel like it. Which is rarely even on a nice day on a SATURDAY! Service is slow even when they aren't busy.

  We visited because it was my grandson's birthday and he loves their wings in Asian Zing sauce. The music was way too loud, even the waiter had trouble hear us. My grilled chicken sandwich had too much pepper for my tastes, and the only other thing on the bun was mayo. I needed a slice of tomato and some lettuce to add some flavor. The potato wedges were tasty. My husband quite liked his chicken parmesean sandwich. Everyone else in our party was satisfied with their meal. But I left with a headache.
