  Slow and inattentive service. Waited 40 minutes for a pizza and a as ignored by multiple employees.

  We ordered two pizzas tonight and they told us 10-15 minutes on the phone. We went to the location which was absolutely filthy, no one was hurrying or friendly. In fact the employees were quite rude and seemed to be working slow on purpose. The pizza took almost an hour and the employees would go to the cash register to ring up without gloves and then go straight to kneading dough with their germy cash register hands. I was so disgusted by the time we got our pizza I couldn’t eat. The health department should give this place a visit! I will absolutely not return to this location!

  The manager Abby is great! There was a miscommunication with my order that resulted in an item being missed, but she made it right and quickly. Also both delivery drivers were quick and friendly. Great store with great employees!

  Ordered online with a scheduled pickup time of 7:28 PM, but when I arrived my order wasn’t ready until almost an hour later. I completely understand that things get busy, but the pickup time should reflect the actual wait so customers aren’t sitting there for that long. I’m usually a fan and have had good experiences before, but this was really frustrating.
