    Placed a mobile order about 5 minutes before arriving. Went with the $8.99 deal with a sandwich, drink, and chips. There were about five cars in the drive-thru, so I parked and went inside to pick up instead. My order was ready right as I walked in. Place was clean, staff was friendly, and the food was good.

    Ordered a drive thru sandwich on Saturday April 4th around 3:30, made it home and found out it was wrong even though the receipt was correct. Went back to get it fixed, not a big deal mistakes happen. Explained what was wrong and they remade it- got home and it was wrong again in the exact same way. Missing hot peppers and too much mayo.

    I am not one to leave a review, but the experience was so terrible I felt the need. We usually love Jimmy John’s, but the customer service interaction for our order was unlike I have ever had. Through the Drive Thru we ordered a little John, we received a little John, but we were charged for a regular John. I called the store and gave them my receipt number and offered to send a picture. They said they remembered the order and pulled up the receipt. They said they see we were charged incorrectly but there was nothing that could be done on their end. I just asked for an adjustment where we were charged for an item we didn’t receive. The employee told me there was nothing she could do and she didn’t see the problem where we still received something. She was very rude. I asked to speak to manager and she said she was the manager so I asked for her name and she told me it was the initial “B.” When I asked how to spell that she hung up. I called back and she said she hung up because I was being stupid in the argument and didn’t understand that nothing could be done. The customer service was lacking. I was over charged with no resolution.

    These guys are awesome! Their food is always good, their staff is so kind and their drive thru is fast! I go there frequently and there’s been a time or two where my order was done wrong, but they’ve always gone above and beyond to correct the issue. Wonderful customer service! We will be back :)

    We ordered delivery and it took over an hour. As we were calling to cancel, they were pulling up with the food. Instead of telling us to keep the food because it took so long, they took the food back. Terrible service.
