They told me it would be 20 more minutes. I asked about why the app said it would be ready much sooner and they told me when it's busy the system isn't accurate. The app finally showed the pizza ready and I asked dth gentleman if he could check on the pizzas. He stared at the screen, which had by now scrolled past my name. He said. I don't see that name. Both the app and the screen said the pizza was ready. But it was not ready for several more minutes. I don't mind waiting, but in 2025, I expect if you are using tracking. Technology and everything is in your control, it should work. I was late to the event, and I would not have ordered of the original time said 50+minutes. Which is fine it's a Friday.
