    They shouldn't even call this fast food with the wait to even order, let alone get your food as they have you park, sit and wait. Attitude is terrible, go to a different Arby's and save yourself from grief.

    I wish I had caught her name. She is the shift lead today Feb 13th @ 10pm. She deserves some serious recognition. She was extremely helpful, funny, kind and made for a great customer experience. I hope she gets this review. Because she's a example of true customer service and added to an already perfect day! Thank you!

    Pulled up, told us to wait a moment - 10 minutes later and no response when we tried to get her attention. Had to drive away. It was just US in the drive thru line. We pulled away, no one at the window or anything. I really wanted Arbys. :(

    I rarely leave negative reviews, but sadly, Arby's has ruined their sliders. They used to be on a square potato roll that had a good flavor and texture, but now they are on a tiny round roll that doesn't complement the meat as well. Phooey.
