  I don't drink coffee drinks, but I do get the occasional hot chocolate. Their shakes look good too, but I've never tried them. I've also never tried any of the food they have. My daughter and grandkids do enjoy their coffees. I think the coffees have a tendency to be very high calorie but good. The staff is always friendly, and the service is always good.

  I'm giving 3-stars ONLY because of the parking lot and I really hope my comment is seen. The coffee is wonderful sugary goodness. I'm a sucker for Dutch Bro freezes on a bad day! And the people are ALWAYS wonderful ❤️ HOWEVER, I believe the parking lot/entrance of this specific location is a bit of a safety hazard and is very unclear. Especially for first time visitors to the location. The first time I drove to this location myself, I was having a terrible day and wanted to treat myself to something sweet. It was dark. I couldn't see the arrows on the ground both because of the darkness and the awkward angles you enter and exit the parking lot at. As I was leaving, finally and starting to relax from the day, I pulled to the exit using the *right* side of the road, as is natural in the USA. As I'm pulling up, I end up facing another car in the same lane going the opposite direction. I truly wasn't thinking anything was wrong with where I was at... ya know, on the *right* side of the road. That was until the guy literally got out of his car and cussed me out telling me I should learn how to drive. Dramatically gesturing to the arrows on the ground, which I could only barely see with our car lights and only after I was in a place where the arrows were of no use. Finally, I backed up, stress immediately sinking back in and left the parking lot. My last trip, which was just today, I was now aware that you have to drive on the wrong side of the road in this parking lot. I ended up on the exact opposite end of this interaction. This time I was pulling out of the *left* side of the road where I *should* be (according to the arrows). Alas, a car pulled up from the main road. He seemed unsure of why I was on the left side of the road. He came to a complete stop despite having the right-of-way... finally, I just gave him a thanking wave, totally understanding the confusion, and slowly pulled in front of him to stop the awkward stalemate. Funnily enough. This also happened to my husband this morning when he went to pick up the little holiday charms. Overall, I just think there really needs to be more signs, better visual indicators, or a redo of the parking lot.

  I’ve been ordering the same drink here for two years, so I’m very familiar with how it should taste. Today, I ordered a small, but they accidentally made a medium. I watched them pour that medium into a small cup. I told them I didn’t like the flavor of the medium because it tastes too milky to me, so I handed it back. Almost immediately they gave me another drink and said another team member had accidentally made one and that it was a new drink for me. However, it looked exactly the same—very white and milky. When you’ve been ordering the same drink for years, you can definitely tell the difference. I didn’t want to argue, so I just left. But after tasting it, I could tell it was the exact same drink they originally gave me. It still tasted overly milky. Although I can’t say for certain that’s exactly what happened, it’s possible they also made a mistake with the drink. However, based on my experience ordering it for years, it really felt like they tried to pull a fast one on me. Im very disappointed with the team and my drink I didn't enjoy it.

  This place is Amazing and team today Jan/28/2026 its so kind and nice people my order time 4:20 pm forget asking names but please any manager read this I have a hard day and the guy what get my order its one of the best one with the girl what prepare my order I really appreciatte the Service made me feel better this people is what companies need. Duch Bros over Sunset Boulevard before Santa Clara.
