The manager was aggressively yelling at two employees in particular, in full view of customers. The situation was hostile and inappropriate, and one of the employees was visibly upset and crying. This conduct was unprofessional and should never occur in a workplace. Publicly berating employees reflects extremely poor management and damages both staff morale and the customer experience. This incident warrants immediate review and corrective action.
