I will always go to Subway, it’s good. But, when I went to this location, there were two employees who were constantly sniffling every 3 seconds, no joke. I get its cold and flu season, I was sick not too long ago too! But making my sandwich with their head down and putting cookies in the bag without wearing a mask where they could have gotten snot all over my food kind of grossed me out. Idk if wearing masks or not is standard Subway protocols, of course they had gloves on so that’s good at least. But I really wish they would have if they have and cold or flu symptoms, I feel like that’s reasonable to wish for ad a customer at a restaurant. I’m also pregnant so maybe I’m just being paranoid and a bit of a Karen. The cashier at the time helping me pay for my food rudely told another kid working there to do a task and I’m sure that was the manager or shift lead, but I felt like his tone to that worker was kind of rude and I felt bad for the kid. Just be careful I guess if you don’t want to risk getting sick.

I waited on line for over 15 minutes to be served, and there were only two people ahead of me. They were serving the drive-thru customers before us. They need to have more staff if they know the current employees are slow at serving customers. Two people couldn't handle four customers.

I went through the drive up at this location. I sat at the ordering spot for 7 1/2 minutes and no one helped me so I drove to the window. Granted, seven minutes is not a long time, but it is if you’re at a drive-through, you should have your order taken your food and on your way by 7 1/2 minutes. When I pulled up They asked me if I was there for a pick up and I no I’d like to order and they said you can’t order the window you have to order at the stall. I told them I waited there seven minutes and no one helped me. At this time, there was one person in the line paying. There were two employees so if the restaurant would’ve been busy, I could understand it, but it wasn’t The Employee told me I would have to go back and order at the sign. He would not take my order at the window. There was someone behind me now so I couldn’t just back up and at the Springville locationYou can’t just pull around and pull through again you have to go out on on busy State Street cross two lanes of traffic or turn right find a light flip around go back. I looked at him and said you would rather lose an order than take my order at this window and he said yes so I Left without a sandwich after waiting for 7 1/2 minutes to a rude little employee that thought he was too good to take an order at the window. I love Subway. I’ll find another one in the future. But the Springville location is not one that I would recommend people go to.
