It gets frustrating especially when we're kinda in a hurry. On the bright side more times than not we got our food warm which is great cause the food taste better. But we have received food cold a few times. I like that they have workers with special needs because they bring the food or clean and they are sweet when they do. It's nice to see them contributing and happy to work. That's why I'll eat my food cold even if I don't like it cold. I don't want to bother them.
