I ordered a large HOT caramel macchiato and my husband ordered a large hot coffee. We pull to the last window, and a guy opens the window and hands me a receipt without using any words. Then we wait for 5 minutes, the same guy opens the window and without using his words again - hands me an iced drink and shuts the window. So I wait again, he opens the window and looks at me, so I tell him that I ordered a hot macchiato. He takes it back, then a couple minutes later he hands me the same drink! I tell him again that I ordered a HOT drink. All the while this guy refuses to speak one word to me. I asked the guy at the window if there was anyone that I could actually speak with, and a woman comes to the window and says “the receipt says iced” - it didn’t. I try to tell her that I’ll just take the iced, but she walks off to make the drink I actually ordered. I eventually get the drink, it’s about 75% full and tastes like nothing. My husband was given a leaking hot coffee to top everything off. This guy wouldn’t have a job where I’m from, far too many people willing to do their job for this type of behavior to be acceptable.
